My Hamster Family

Hammie, Sammie, Immble, Kimble, Nibble, Pibble, Yebble.
All my 7 little hamsters.
Delightful and frolicsome.
Precious!

You always woke up to the voice of mine, standing up on two legs to see where am I.
Hearing to click sound of the cage and you knew you will be carried.

Such a flurry ball of a fuzz.
So tiny and sweet.
You kicked my hand with the sharp end of your nails.
Struggled to wake up whenever I turn you turtle.
Sometimes you even bit me with your little tiny gold and yellow rabbit teeth.
Snapped my finger on your nose and you knew you were wrong.

I loved bringing you walk walk around in the house but naughty you always were.
Jumped off from my hand and there you go on the floor with a 'pap' sound,
and all I hope is that your little bone was strong enough.

You fall asleep on my hand at times.
So stiff my hand like a rock,
for fear that you will wake up,
and that invaluable moment ended.

I always loved to watch all of you,
Running in the wheel as if it were a race.

Nuts and Fruits.
Wait! Not just that,
You even loved steel!

Introducing all my 7 hamsters:

He is Hammie, the papa.

She is Sammie, the mama.

She is baby Immble.

She is baby Kimble.

He is baby Nibble.

He is baby Pibble.

He is baby Yebble.

You always make me smile.
And that alone,
Makes it worthwhile.

This is a special friendship,
For it lasts a lifetime,
Until away you slip,
Into a final dream.

Byebye Hammie

Hammie-
the husband of my Sammie,
the father of my 5 baby hamsters,
and last but not least,
our first hamster,
has gone.

On the 21st of December 2012 which is also known as the doomsday,
I went for my Undang Test early in the morning,
went straight to the shop after that without going back home.
Didn't manage to play with my hamsters the whole day until 10pm+

Only to find out that my Hammie papa was not breathing
and he has harden the minute I wanted to play with him.

  I dug very far down,
And placed his body in the ground.

Now he is no longer here.
I miss that little hamster that I loved dear.
Someday we will meet again.
I will miss him until then.

Teddybaby

Hello everybody!
In case you don't know, I had 3 dogs!
Maymay. Dhurcy. Teddybaby.

This is Teddybaby!
Cute or not? ^^
Teddybaby was brought home by my sister from a vet 4 years ago when he was a baby..
He is born handicapped.
He walks with his 2 front legs and drags the other 2 hind legs.

Despite all this, he is still energetic like all the other normal dogs.
He makes bear bear sound when he plays.
Bite clothes when he sees one hanging down that he can reaches.
Runs to you when you are back home.
Splashes water at you with his strong and vigorous tail.
and many many more lah!

But there's one thing he can't do.
It's is the jump-and-catch-the-food!

He's the only one to guard the house now
after my little Dhurcy passed away and my Maymay has hearing problem.

With his alertness, my house is always safe!
Never try to enter my house,
or else you'll be sent to the dusty death!
haha! =)

Smiley Cloud

Smile more often!
It may causes a few wrinkles, at the very least, but then so does frowning.
Look! Even the clouds in the sky is also smiling! =)

This picture was captured months ago when I was on my way to Sabah.

Cactus

I used to buy a myriad of cactus plants whenever I pay Cameron Highlands a visit.
But I guess I don't have green fingers!
They died!

Now, this is the only cactus surviving with me here in Ipoh! =)

My Precious Hamsters

One... two... three...
My excitement accelerates for every added number.
They are tiny in size and are in blood-red colour.

Do you know what am I counting?
It's Hammie and Sammie's babies!

If you are wondering who's the papa and mama,
well, here they are!
Hammie the papa & Sammie the mama.
Hammie is the brownish one.

last but not least, the Babies!

Initially there are 6 babies.
However, 1 gone and now left 5.
3 black, 2 brown.

In the brief span of 15 days, they are all developed.

Cordyceps

Finally I had this incredible opportunity to taste cordyceps
although my papa had been selling it for years.

It was quite tasteless but it had a little bit of sweetness in it.

Awana Genting Highlands Golf & Country Resort

The days turned into weeks and, the weeks turned into months.
The one-week-holiday break is here!

I'm ecstatic to pay Genting Highlands a visit.
Even though it's not as luxurious compared to a far far away trip.
I still appreciate it. =)

We stayed here for the night.

Awana Tower Hotel.

Reception.

On our way to the hotel room,
Many mirrors add a myriad of reflections.
We can take pictures whenever we want.
"Mama! Look here! Smile!"
