While my female turtle was left in the water cause she doesn't move on floor!

19th of September 2011,

It was my first up-close experience with death.

It deeply affected my family members,

Everyone were in their mood to mourn.

My charming little Dhurcy, 11 years old.

Yes, it was only a dog.

but yet tears welled in my eyes

when long-forgotten moments flashed in my head with vivid clarity

like clips being rerun from old home videos.

And that owning a dog always ended with this sadness 

because dogs just don't live as long as people do.

But it brings you wonderful memorabilia.
